Responsibilities:
Reporting to Sales Support Manager, your duties will include but not necessarily be limited to:
1) Sales Support
- Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries
- Service maintain and develop existing / new customers through planned individual account support
2) Telemarketing
- Establish, make phone calls to targeted customers, assess and qualify for sales development
- Arrange sales appointments; Create Sales Opportunity
3) Negotiate for competitive costs from overseas office/agents/Shipping Lines
4) Issuance of quotations
5) Prepare official quotations
6) Follow up on quotations to clients
7) Establish SOP with Network/Customer Service to ensure understanding on customer’s requirements
8) Sales Lead
- Assess, qualify and pursue sales opportunities
- submit report
9) Sales promotion
10) Marine cargo insurance application
11) Create customer’s awareness in our services; increase Marketing effort
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level or its equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience the Freight Forwarding industry preferred
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Good written and spoken English
- Self-motivated
- A team player
- Pro-active and requires limited supervision
- Good inter-personal skills and customer focused attitude
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
